Lama betul rasanya (mmg lama pun) RAR tak tulis apa2 dalam blog ni....Alhamdulillah lepas abis pantang ni boleh kembali terima tempahan macam dolu2....tempahan dibuka mulai bulan april ni dan bilik gerakan dah bertukar seperti di alamat yg tertera di blog....moga2 semuanya berjalan seperti yg dirancangkan dan sentiasa diberkati oleh-Nya dan dipermudahkan-Nya.

As usual mama Siti Nurul Fariesya ni ada six sense tentang apa2 yg RAR tengah bake. Tetiba dia tepon n cakap....akak....lapar kek la...ada apa2 tak....

Sabo jer la....ada bau ker dik????

So...dah nak jadi rezeki mereka sekeluarga....mmg ada pun....masa RAR bake cake untuk Ustazah Mursyidah....RAR bake lebih untuk buat cupcake...untuk makan2. Tapi tangan ni gatal nak test deco jugak.....heheheheheee....

Malam tadi last day Ustazah Mursyidah & Ustazah Atikah mengajar Ain Farisya. Dua2 org akan sambung blajar ke IPG masing2.....i'm happy for both of you but at the same time we will miss u so much. Halalkan segala ilmu yang diajar untuk anak akak dan moga kalian success selalu.....

Tq Rohanum Abdul Rahim - Marble Cheese Tart, Carrot Cake & Chocolate Brownies

 Order kali ni datang nyer dari adik ku yang nun jauh di Sik....jauh ker???? jauh la jugak....tak leh jalan kaki tau...kena naik kenderaan. Ok....as usual yg hingga kini menjadi kemusykilan RAR....cikgu SMK Sik mmg suka marble cheese tart...

 Dah lama RAR bercuti dari ambik tempahan dari SMK Sik....adik ku ni dia amat2 risau jika kakaknya tak larat....tapi alhamdulillah....kali ni tempahan semua berjaya di settlekan. Anum order marble cheese tart untuk kawan nyer....

 Macam biasa, satu resepi 12 biji....RM33.00. Harga maintain lagi walaupun harga cream cheese giler2 naik....mungkin dalam bulan April nanti ada yg kena adjust harga rasanya....heheheheeeee...

 Selain daripada tart, Anum turut order carrot cake....dah lama kawan anum mengidam katanya....alhamdulillah dapat jugak dia rasa....

Yang ketiga, chocolate brownies....yang ni semuanya 36 slices per box....RM55.00. Topping coklat yang tebal n kurang manis mmg sesuai untuk dimakan selalu.....

Mini Mexican Bun

 The other day RAR bake some original size of mexican buns.....unfortunately there was a complain from Farisya saying that its tooooo big for her and she can't finish it ....so, taking note of the complain from my little one, RAR come out with this recipe n she enjoy it very much.....siap tapau lagi ke sekolah dua hari berturut-turut and happily share with her new friends during break time.

 Mr. Hubby says that this bun looks like a cupcake or a muffin....what do you think??? RAR pun rasa macam tu jugak tapi to me, this is just a nice size for the kids....

Chocolate Brownies

 After attending back to basic baking class, RAR try to come out with this brownies recipe. As per the advice given, we could come out with several other flavour and recipe by studying the basic needs. Thank you very much to sifu and the rest for this wonderful recipe.....the family and friends really enjoy it.

 Planning to offer it as part of 'slice' dessert instead of one whole package....

Comes with 36 slices per package with very reasonable price.....and u will enjoy this brownies with ur love ones without hesitation....wallllaaaa

Carrot Cake - Tq Pn. Ika

Salam....order kali ni datangnya tak lain tak bukan dari penggemar carrot cake yang tegar.....Puan Ika.....

RAR punya la risau memandangkan Puan Ika ni mengandung & mmg dah lama dia order tapi RAR tak mau layan. Bukan nya apa sebab kalau ikutkan nasihat doctor....makan yg manis n berlemak ni kena kurangkan.....tapi adik ku yang sorang ni...dia main bantai ja....risau betul dibuatnya....

Tapi Alhamdulillah.....hari tu...dengan suara yg suka ria lagi....Puan Ika bagitau tak perlu risau apa2....jadinya dia tetap nak makan carrot cake jugak.....

Cheese Tart & Slice Cake - TQVM Mummy Bryyan

 Last few weeks RAR received an order from Mummy Bryyan a.k.a Praphai for her special occasion. She requested blueberry slice cake and mixed cheese tart.

Anyway, we manage to meet today after few months RAR left UUM and Praphai still as before, polite and sweet as usual. BTW, the little Bryyan.....wowwww....he looks like 3 years old kid even tho he just turn 1 year plus....as told by granny....Bryyan makan apa saja....heheheheeee....

So, dear Bryyan....aunty hope that u will love the slice cake and also the cheese tarts. Happy eating handsome boy!!!!

Opera Cake

Cream Puff n Enclairs

My family tea time favorite....

 Dalam beberapa buah bakery area SP ni....hanya satu ja bakery yang jual cream puff yang RAR jumpa. Tapi RAR tak brani nak makan....heheheheee....sebab nya bermacam2 reason yg RAR boleh bagi. So, bila dah tau macam mana nak buat cream puff ni....di tambah pulak dengan intinya yang best.....RAR tak akan cari tempat lain dah....will bake them myself. For u and of course for my family. We know what are the ingredients and most important, we know whether its halal or not. I could tell u that, the filling is not an ordinary filling....it is special filling that will make u craving for more.

Next....enclairs. Sweet tooth favorite. Adik beradik cream puff jugak cuma yang ni ada xtra ummpphh bila di salutkan atasnya dengan coklat. Sedapnya memang tak terkata.....children mmg suka punya....kalau bagi pd Farisya mmg licin. Ayah farisya pun suka....heheheeee.

Tiramisu

Tiramisu....asalnya putih melepak bak bedak sejuk....last2 kena dibedakkan dengan serbuk coklat. The combination mmg sesuai bagi penggemar pemanis mulut bercitarasa lain dari yang lain. Thank you to my sifu for teaching me how to come out with this origional tiramisu recipe.

Once RAR taste the tiramisu it just melt inside my mouth...very soft but yet delicate taste. I believe tiramisu has it special follower and it goes very well with evening tea.

For my next project, will come out with individual tiramisu which best suite the 'dessert table'....wish me luck and will always serve the best dessert for u and your love ones....

German Black Forest Cake

 German Black Forest Cake. First thing yang RAR terfikir bila tengok hasil kek ni....rupa kek ni macam filem zaman dedolu.....veryyyyyy klasik.  Memang tak dapat dinafikan this is one of my favorite cake. Rasa cherry nya mmg sedap plus with the special cream traditionally design by my sifu. Memang tak hilang rasa traditional nya tapi lebih sedap dari biasa....bukan nak over promote yer tapi mmg sedapppp pun...hahahahaaaa....

 To maintain the classic look....RAR lebih suka bubuh the origional cherry rather than the red cherry macam yang kita biasa nampak kat kedai kek....cuba tengok tak ker macam gaya worna zaman dedolu....tapi tetap vogue gitu....ada class yang tersendiri.

Once you all slice cake ni...maka lagi terserlah lah ke-balau-an (belang) kek ni yang ala ropa kuda belang pun ada....heheheheee....believe me....anak sedara RAR yang umur 4 tahun suka kek ni compare to other cake yang RAR offer kat dia....walhal yang lain tu mmg really chocolate base.....classic betul taste hero kecik sorang ni.

Anyway....selamat menempah bagi yang berminat.

Chocolate Banana Indulgence Cake

RAR baru sempat nak update blog setelah balik Kuala Kangsar....jenguk dusun peninggalan opah. Macam biasa...sekarang ni musim buah....jadi kami pun beramai2 jadi pekerja paksa rela mengopek durian....huhuhuhuuuu...letih bangat. Okkkkk.....back to business....sebelum pergi bercuti hari tu RAR pergi menuntut ilmu dan salah satu kek yang menjadi pilihan ialah Chocolate Banana Indulgence Cake.....

Kalau tanya sedap ker tidak.....eeerrmmmm mmg sedap....very rich with chocolate dan fresh cream special yang sedap sangat....ditambah pulak dengan pisang. Kalau makan kek ni mmg boleh layan punya....

Kalau nak diikutkan se resepi kek ni mmg gedabak besau.....tak tau nak makan macam mana n bila nak habis....jd RAR akan jual dengan 2 pilihan untuk customer.....harap semua orang nanti dapat enjoy the cake and share the happiness.....yum! yum! yum!

Slice Cakes & Cheese Tarts for Shurabeharryni Naming Ceremony

 Last week RAR received a call from x-convent classmate....Kalaivane Shanmugam....just imagine....after 20 years....oooooohhhh feel so old la plak....hehehheheee. Anyway Kalai, really appreciate your call and also thanks for the order for your niece naming ceremony. We can't hanging around too long because she was so busy but anyway we promise to get in-touch and arrange some small little chef program for the kids to get to know each other. I'm sure Ain Farisya and Kalai's little angles will be friends in no time after one small meeting....

 Ok...about the naming ceremony....she ordered two types of desserts...slice cakes and cheese tarts....its a simple arrangement where she let me to choose which menu is suitable for the occasion. So in that case, we come out with 3 boxes of slice cakes (blueberry, strawberry and orange flavor) and 100 pieces of cheese tarts (blueberry, strawberry & orange flavor).

I'm so happy to receive sms from Kalai that nite saying they love those slice cakes & cheese tarts and another sms in the morning which make me smile the whole day.... Anyway, I'm glad to serve u and family and most of all....so happy to get in-touch after both of us left school nearly 20 years ago....

Soft Fondant Cake - Selamat Pengantin Baru Siti Sarah & Mohd Radzi

 Selamat Pengantin Baru buat Siti Sarah dan pasangannya Mohd Radzi. Sebenarnya kenduri rumah Sarah 15/12/11 lepas tapi majlis potong keknya esok....di rumah pengantin lelaki....tema majlis potong kek purple & putih...

Masa Sarah datang ambik cake dengan hubby tadi....katanya dia dah 4 hari demam.....kesian Sarah....penat kenduri agaknya. Tak pa lepas ni boleh pergi honeymoon....rehat secukup-cukupnya.

Terima kasih banyak-banyak dan akak doakan Sarah & Radzi berbahagia hingga ke akhir hayat....

 Soft fondant cake from SP with love.... Iesya balik kampung (KL) hari ni. Jadi sebagai buah tangan buat nenek nya.....Iesya bawakan chocolate moist cake yang dibajukan dengan soft fondant cake.

Mesti ada yang tertanya2 kan kenapa la banyak betul bunga kat kek ni....gini ceritanya..... Sehari sebelum ambik cake ni, Iesya ada datang rumah, nak ambilkan kek untuk nenek nya yang di Alor Setar. Tetiba Iesya tanya....ehhhh kenapa kek ni tak ada bunga????

RAR pun cakap la....mana nak ada bunga sayang....yang ni kan kek buah (snowy peach)...esok untuk bw balik KL auntie buatkan kek bunga ok? Iesya nak sikit ker banyak bunga? Nak yg boleh makan ker yang tak leh makan?

Maka Iesya pun jawab....Iesya nak bunga yg boleh makan. Maka dengan itu.....jeng! jeng! jeng!....terciptalah kek yang bunga rose nya bagai terlebih2 baja ni....hahahahahaaaaa.....

Mama Iesya cakap kek ni cantik and macam kek fairy tale la pulak.....macam2 daaaaa.....tapi bila anak RAR tengok....dia cakap....ibu! kenapa penuhnya bunga....ni kek apa ibu???? Pulak dah....tapi janji Iesya suka.....heheheheheeee.....
